Do you love art, writing, photography or engaging in creativity of any kind? But you hesitate? The voice inside your head says you are not good enough, no one will like what you create. You have a perfectionist’s spirit, nothing is good enough, so you don’t even give it a try.

Those negative voices in our head don’t just affect our creative spirit, but many other aspects of our lives. Training our voice to support and love our creative spirit is one of the most incredible gifts you can give yourself. That is one of the things this site is all about.

All my life I have been an inspirational creator. I thrive on creating fun unique solutions to any type of problem. So, in many respects creativity is second nature to me, except when it comes to my art. From the age of 10, my art became my salvation, it filled me up, at times, when life engulfed me. But during college, I had art teachers criticize my art. I lost all faith with my art, my self-esteem plummeted and my creativity became blocked. What was once my salvation and lifted me, became a void I struggled with. Until one day, when I walked into a creative writing course. Once I could put words to my feelings, I could later find my creative spirit and then use images and words in Mixed Media to heal.

Words and writing worked for me. We will work to find your creative tools that lift you up, through prompts and creative exercises.
